PLANNING INSPECTIONS

Inspection Hours: Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

To schedule an inspection for an active planning permit call (310) 973-3230. Schedule an inspection at least two business days in advance.

The Planning Department will inspect fences, sheds, flatwork (hardscape and landscape in the front yard setback), and final project inspections.

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY REPORT


Once your application and payment for a Residential Property Report have been processed, call the Municipal Services Department to schedule an inspection by calling (310) 973-3220, the following business day.
