Online Permit Archive Last Updated: 2/28/2026

The Online Permit Archive provides public access to historical and current building permit records for properties within the City of Lawndale. This digital repository allows residents, contractors, and researchers to view scanned permit documents, track project histories, and verify compliance with local building regulations. By centralizing permit information, the archive supports transparency, streamlines property research, and enhances access to essential civic data.

Permits that have been finalized, canceled, or expired have been scanned into the online permit archive for public access. Active or open permits will be uploaded into the online archive once they are finalized, closed out, or expired. The Online Permit Archive is periodically updated.
